After two years of postponements due to the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 and 2021, the Koastal Eco family finally reunited at Mui Ne at the end of June 2022.
Putting work aside for a while, members of the Koastal Eco family from Hanoi and Saigon came together for a memorable Team Building trip, combining a Marathon, Gala Dinner, exciting activities, and fun team challenges. The journey brought everyone closer, strengthened our team spirit, and reignited the youthful, energetic spirit of the Koastal Eco Group.
The journey began with a Marathon race among KEI-ers. Marathon activities have become a tradition at Koastal Eco, encouraging KEI-ers to develop and maintain healthy exercise habits. It is also one of the most beloved activities, enthusiastically embraced by members across the company.

The Koastal Eco Organizing Committee selected the Bau Trang route as the venue for the race. What could be better than running along one of the most beautiful roads in Vietnam?
With a distance of 5 km for men and 2.5 km for women, our athletes in their orange shirts gave it their all, pushing themselves to the very last second.
In 2022, the Koastal Marathon introduced a new team award in addition to the individual awards, with the aim of encouraging greater connection and teamwork among members. The fatigue of the KEI-ers quickly disappeared when they received their well-deserved rewards.

The Men’s and Women’s First Prizes were awarded to outstanding individual athletes who crossed the finish line first, cheered on enthusiastically by their colleagues.

Finally, everyone came together to celebrate the joy of overcoming their own limits after completing the 2.5 km and 5 km races under the intense heat and sunshine of Phan Thiet.

After the Marathon, the KEI-ers returned to the resort to get ready for the Gala Dinner that evening.
This year’s Gala Dinner was held to celebrate an important milestone: “Koastal Eco Achieves VND 500 Billion in Revenue in the First Six Months of 2022.”
The celebration was not only an opportunity to celebrate Koastal Eco’s success, but also a moment for KEI-ers to look back on the achievements made through their continuous dedication and hard work. More importantly, it was a chance for everyone to stand together, overcome challenges, and strive toward even greater goals for 2022.

The next day began with a series of Team Building activities at Hon Rom Central Beach. Despite the intense heat of Phan Thiet, the KEI-ers were filled with determination to win, giving their absolute best and putting both their physical strength and mental agility to the test as they tackled the challenges prepared by the Organizing Committee.
And when the challenges were finally conquered, the teams celebrated their victories together with an unforgettable burst of joy and excitement.
The meaningful Team Building journey comes to an end
The 2-day, 1-night journey – “Together We Change the World” – came to an end after an unforgettable series of experiences: giving our all in the Marathon, sharing meaningful moments together at the Gala Dinner, and strengthening our bonds while overcoming Team Building challenges.
It was certainly a memorable and emotional journey for every KEI-er, filled with moments that will stay with us for years to come.
