Over two days, October 25–26, 2024, employees of Koastal Eco’s Northern Branch in Hanoi enjoyed a memorable trip to Serena Resort, Kim Boi, Hoa Binh. The trip provided a wonderful opportunity for the entire Northern team to strengthen bonds, build team spirit, and recharge their energy after busy working days.
On the morning of October 25, the program kicked off with a running competition, an energizing activity that helped everyone start the day on a positive note while enjoying the refreshing natural surroundings of Kim Boi.
The team then took part in a series of fun and highly engaging Team Building activities, with enthusiastic participation from everyone. Through various team challenges, members had the opportunity to strengthen their spirit of cooperation, discover new abilities, and build stronger relationships that support effective collaboration in the workplace.

In the evening, a “Night Party” was held in a warm and intimate atmosphere. Everyone gathered together to share memorable moments and take part in a number of fun minigames. Meaningful gifts were presented to employees, bringing joy while recognizing the efforts and contributions of each team member.
The party was also a relaxing time for everyone to recharge and gain fresh motivation to continue giving their best in their work.
Previously, in April 2024, the Koastal Eco Southern Headquarters also successfully organized its Team Building program in Vung Tau. Both events were filled with memorable moments and highlighted the strong spirit of unity shared by the Koastal Eco family across all branches.
These activities not only contribute to building a positive and collaborative working environment but also provide strong motivation for Koastal Eco Group to continue moving forward and reaching new milestones on its journey of growth.
