1. Song Khoai Industrial Park – Amata Ha Long

Song Khoai Industrial Park is a multi-sector industrial park covering an area of 714 hectares, developed in a modern manner and designed to meet international standards.

The industrial park plays an important role in promoting economic development, maintaining social balance, and protecting the environment in Quang Ninh Province and the Quang Yen Coastal Economic Zone in particular. It is also the largest industrial park developed by Amata Group in Vietnam.

2. Strong Investor Confidence in Koastal Eco Group

With the goal of developing a green and modern industrial park, Amata Group has always placed strong emphasis on wastewater treatment and environmental protection, particularly at Song Khoai Industrial Park, also known as Amata Ha Long. As a result, the Investor has maintained stringent requirements when selecting contractors that best align with its standards and development objectives.

With more than 18 years of experience in the design and construction of water and wastewater treatment projects, Koastal Eco Group is among the leading companies in Vietnam in this field. After competing with major domestic and international contractors, Koastal Eco earned the trust of Amata Ha Long and was appointed to complete all three Modules of Centralized Wastewater Treatment Plant No. 1, with a total capacity of 12,000 m³/day.

3. Implementation of Centralized Wastewater Treatment Plant No. 1

In 2019, Koastal Eco began conducting surveys, research, and detailed planning for the implementation of Centralized Wastewater Treatment Plant No. 1 – Module 1, with a capacity of 4,000 m³/day. This marked the beginning of an important milestone in the project's development.

In 2021, Koastal Eco was once again appointed to implement Module 2 of Centralized Wastewater Treatment Plant No. 1, increasing the plant's capacity from 4,000 m³/day to 8,000 m³/day at Song Khoai Industrial Park.

As the project was implemented during the COVID-19 pandemic, it encountered numerous challenges and difficulties throughout the construction process. However, with strong determination and effective planning, the entire Koastal Eco workforce and engineering team successfully maintained the project schedule while ensuring both construction safety and quality.

Following the successful completion of Modules 1 and 2, the Investor, with continued confidence in Koastal Eco, entrusted us in 2022 with the project “Upgrade and Completion of Centralized Wastewater Treatment Plant No. 1, from 8,000 m³/day to 12,000 m³/day at Song Khoai Industrial Park, including survey, design, equipment supply, construction, commissioning, and environmental permit application”, also known as Module 3.

To date, Koastal Eco has completed the construction and equipment installation works for Module 3, completed the acceptance process, and prepared the system for biological seeding and commissioning.

4. Koastal Eco Continues to Be Appointed for Module 4, Increasing the Total Capacity to 16,000 m³/day

With its strategic location, well-developed infrastructure, and large scale, Song Khoai Industrial Park has attracted numerous companies and investors. In response to the growing demand, Amata Ha Long Joint Stock Company decided to expand the wastewater treatment capacity to 16,000 m³/day, ensuring sufficient treatment capacity for the needs of its tenants.

Building on the successful completion of the first three Modules, Koastal Eco has once again been appointed by the Investor as the contractor for the project “Expansion of Centralized Wastewater Treatment Plant No. 1, increasing the capacity from 12,000 m³/day to 16,000 m³/day”, also known as Module 4.

With this new project, the total number of centralized industrial park wastewater treatment projects undertaken by Koastal Eco has reached 66.

Koastal Eco is honored and grateful to receive the continued trust of the Investor and to further accompany Song Khoai Industrial Park on its development journey.

We are committed to delivering facilities that combine high aesthetic standards, ease of operation, and operator safety, while also ensuring convenient access for future maintenance, servicing, and system expansion.
