On the morning of May 25, 2024, in Nghia Lac Commune, Nghia Dan District, Nghe An Province, the volunteer team of the “Koastal – For the Community” Fund, established by Koastal Eco Group, collaborated with the Nghia Dan District People’s Committee to organize a gift-giving program for local families facing difficult circumstances.

Nghia Lac is a remote commune in Nghia Dan District, where ethnic minority communities account for nearly 98% of the population, and local living conditions remain particularly challenging.
Following the Journey of Love: The “Koastal – For the Community” Fund Travels to Nghia Dan District, Nghe An Province
On the afternoon of May 24, the volunteer team of the “Koastal – For the Community” Fund traveled from Hanoi to Nghe An to transport, organize, and prepare the gifts for the following day’s program, ensuring that everything was arranged thoughtfully and carefully.
Early on the morning of May 25, families facing difficult circumstances were already waiting at Xom Mon Community Cultural House, where the Fund presented practical and meaningful gifts.
A total of 80 gift packages, worth VND 110 million, were delivered directly to 80 disadvantaged households, including poor and near-poor families, large families, elderly people living alone, and children without a father or mother.
These gifts not only provided much-needed material support but also conveyed a spirit of compassion and solidarity, helping local people overcome some of the difficulties they face in their daily lives.
Some memorable moments from the gift-giving program
Despite the long journey and challenging road conditions, the program was successfully carried out thanks to the strong determination and dedication of the Koastal Eco Group members.
The volunteer team visited an elderly person living alone who was unable to travel to receive the gift due to health conditions, offering encouragement and delivering the gift directly to their home.
Koastal Eco to Continue Expanding Community Support Programs Across Vietnam in 2024
Previously, in April 2024, the Fund successfully organized a community support program in Dat Do District, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province, where 200 gift packages worth VND 200 million were presented to local people facing difficult circumstances.

This meaningful social initiative embodies the spirit of volunteerism and community engagement, particularly in supporting people facing hardship in remote and underserved areas. And although the form of support may vary, the beneficiaries may differ, and the destinations may change, the journey of love continues to move forward.
It is a journey built on kindness and compassion, on sharing and caring for one another – a journey that nurtures, spreads, and brings the spirit of love to communities across the country, making every act of kindness more meaningful and complete.
