The Phuc Dien Industrial Park Expansion Centralized Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP), with a capacity of 8,000 m³/day, incorporates Koastal Eco’s specialized SBR technology. The facility will not only provide a comprehensive wastewater treatment infrastructure, enabling stable Industrial Park operations and compliance with stringent environmental standards, but also support the attraction of domestic and international FDI, creating greater value and investment returns for the Investor.
1. Construction and Equipment Installation Completed, Ready for Commissioning
The project has been closely managed and implemented according to the planned schedule by the Investor, Trung Quy Joint Stock Company – Bac Ninh, together with Koastal Eco Group as the Main Contractor, from the very beginning of construction.
According to the original plan, the system was scheduled to enter the commissioning phase in April 2025.

2. Modern Equipment – Ensuring Quality and Operational Efficiency
The wastewater treatment system at the Phuc Dien Industrial Park Expansion has been comprehensively invested with modern equipment from reputable manufacturers, with clear origins and imported from leading EU/G7 brands.
These high-quality and durable equipment solutions help optimize treatment performance and energy efficiency, delivering long-term operational and economic benefits for the Investor.
3. Applied Technology and Project Effluent Standards
Industrial Park wastewater generally contains relatively low pollutant concentrations because wastewater from individual manufacturing facilities undergoes preliminary treatment before being discharged into the centralized system. However, a key characteristic of this type of wastewater is its significant fluctuation in flow and composition, largely depending on the production schedules and activities of Investors within the Industrial Park.
Recognizing this key challenge, Koastal Eco Group, supported by a highly qualified R&D team, has researched and applied physicochemical and batch biological SBR (Sequencing Batch Reactor) technology to numerous centralized Industrial Park WWTPs throughout Vietnam, including the Phuc Dien Industrial Park Expansion WWTP.
Based on extensive operational data and practical experience gained from centralized Industrial Park WWTPs, SBR biological technology has proven to be one of the most suitable solutions for centralized Industrial Park WWTPs with relatively light pollution loads.
The technology not only ensures that treated effluent consistently meets the requirements of the National Technical Regulation on Industrial Wastewater – QCVN 40:2011/BTNMT, Column A, with both Kq and Kf coefficients at 0.9, but also offers lower operating costs compared with other biological treatment technologies currently in use.
4. Koastal Eco Ensures Intelligent Control and Maximum Automation
Koastal Eco will implement an automated PLC/SCADA control system, programmed by experienced engineers, building on the expertise gained from nearly 30 other centralized Industrial Park wastewater treatment projects using SBR technology in Vietnam.
This solution not only optimizes operational performance and enables remote monitoring, but also helps reduce operating costs and minimize operational risks.
Koastal Eco is committed to delivering wastewater treatment solutions that are effective, sustainable, and optimized for operating costs across every project.
With advanced technologies, an experienced technical team, and stringent monitoring and control procedures, we ensure that each project not only meets environmental standards but also contributes to the development of modern infrastructure and sustainable Industrial Parks.
