Koastal Eco Group \u2013 A Leading Contractor for Major Water Treatment Projects in Vietnam<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><strong>Koastal Eco Group<\/strong> has established a strong position in the market, not only in the field of <strong>wastewater treatment<\/strong>, but also in <strong>ultra-pure water treatment and wastewater reuse<\/strong>, serving businesses across a wide range of industries and applications.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">At Minh Hung Sikico Industrial Park in Binh Phuoc Province, <strong>Koastal Eco Group<\/strong> was honored to be trusted and selected by Investors to undertake three projects across three different areas:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Minh Hung \u2013 Sikico Industrial Park Centralized Textile Dyeing Wastewater Treatment Plant<\/li>\n<li>Minh Hung Sikico Industrial Park Water Supply and Treatment Plant<\/li>\n<li>Japfa Meat Slaughtering Plant Wastewater Treatment and Reuse System, with a capacity of 4,850 m\u00b3\/day<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_In_Early_2022_Koastal_Eco_Commenced_the_Wastewater_Treatment_and_Reuse_Project_for_Japfas_Meat_Slaughtering_and_Processing_Plant\"><\/span>2. In Early 2022, Koastal Eco Commenced the Wastewater Treatment and Reuse Project for Japfa\u2019s Meat Slaughtering and Processing Plant<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The project <strong>\u201cWastewater Treatment and Reuse System for Japfa Meat Slaughtering Plant, with a capacity of 4,850 m\u00b3\/day\u201d<\/strong> was commenced and implemented in early 2022.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">With significant attention and investment from <strong>Japfa Comfeed Vietnam Co., Ltd.<\/strong>, the Investor, the project became one of the largest wastewater treatment facilities for the slaughtering industry in Vietnam.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"3_Japfa_Meat_Slaughtering_Plant_Wastewater_Treatment_System_Completed_on_Schedule_and_Officially_Put_into_Operation_in_Early_2023\"><\/span>3. Japfa Meat Slaughtering Plant Wastewater Treatment System Completed on Schedule and Officially Put into Operation in Early 2023<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Despite facing various challenges as the COVID-19 pandemic was still ongoing at the time, the entire <strong>Koastal Eco Group<\/strong> team remained united and determined to overcome difficulties and complete the project on schedule.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The <strong>Wastewater Treatment System<\/strong> was the first component of the entire plant to be completed, finishing nearly <strong>six months ahead of the other facilities<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Following the construction phase, the project underwent a period of waiting for sufficient wastewater flow, environmental permit procedures, and commissioning. The <strong>Wastewater Treatment and Reuse System<\/strong> has now successfully met the acceptance requirements and has been officially accepted and handed over by <strong>Japfa Comfeed Vietnam Co., Ltd.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The treated water quality has remained stable and consistently met the requirements of <strong>Column A \u2013 QCVN 2011<\/strong> for the wastewater treatment system and <strong>Column B1 \u2013 QCVN 2008<\/strong> for the wastewater reuse system.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">These results were achieved while maintaining a reasonable investment cost and low operating costs, without compromising the project\u2019s quality or aesthetics.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><em><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-4201\" src=\"https:\/\/koastal-eco.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/WWTP-Japfa-Binh-Phuoc.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1440\" srcset=\"https:\/\/koastal-eco.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/WWTP-Japfa-Binh-Phuoc.jpg 2560w, https:\/\/koastal-eco.com\/site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/09\/WWTP-Japfa-Binh-Phuoc-600x338.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 2560px) 100vw, 2560px\" \/>The Wastewater Treatment and Reuse System at Japfa Meat Slaughtering Plant has been successfully accepted and handed over.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"4_Prior_to_the_Japfa_Meat_Slaughtering_Plant_Project_Koastal_Eco_Successfully_Completed_a_Similar_Project_in_Binh_Phuoc_Province\"><\/span>4. Prior to the Japfa Meat Slaughtering Plant Project, Koastal Eco Successfully Completed a Similar Project in Binh Phuoc Province<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">In 2020, <strong>Koastal Eco<\/strong> successfully completed a similar project for <strong>CPV Food Co., Ltd.<\/strong>, a member of the CP Group: <strong>\u201cWastewater Treatment System for CPV Food Export Chicken Meat Slaughtering and Processing Plant, with a capacity of 8,000 m\u00b3\/day.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">This project was one of the <strong>largest facilities in Vietnam\u2019s meat slaughtering and processing industry and the second-largest of its kind in Southeast Asia<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">A distinctive feature of the project was the Investor\u2019s requirement to integrate a <strong>wastewater treatment and reuse system together with an ultra-pure water treatment system using RO technology<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">This solution made an important contribution to conserving water resources, improving environmental protection, and supporting the production of high-quality products for both domestic and international markets.
